Standardize the walk-through
We document room-by-room expectations: bedding presentation, minibar and amenity restocking points, outdoor furniture, and pool or patio touch-ups where applicable. Photos from a “gold standard” turnover help new team members match the look.
Kitchen and laundry are the bottleneck
- Appliances inside and out—including coffee makers and microwaves guests actually use.
- All dishware inspected for residue; dishwashers run when the schedule allows.
- Linens counted, stains treated, and closets left guest-perfect.
Damage vs. wear
